C Dine have the oysters driven in fresh from Bateman's Bay and shuck them every Friday. They had four oyster types you could choose from - raw, tempura, kilpatrick and mornay. I ordered 3 of each. This came out beautifully presented on a tear-drop shaped glass plate, with the oysters sitting on a bed of rock salt, a side garnish of salad and some lemon and lime wedges. I only had to wait about 15 minutes for them.

12 oysters = $12. Very happy with that. Well worth it! :)
